Stacker Crane AS/RS Solution
Stacker crane-based automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) are automated warehousing systems that use stacker cranes as the core equipment. They can be configured with racks, conveyors, RGVs (rail-guided vehicles), or AGVs (automated guided vehicles) to form an automated system. The system supports various carriers such as pallets and bins, and is compatible with the standardized unit storage needs of different industries. It is widely used in industries such as coal mining, emergency rescue, and railway transportation.
The height is typically designed between 10-40 meters, with a load capacity of less than 5 tons. It can fully utilize the warehouse space while providing high-speed inbound and outbound capabilities. A single stacker crane can achieve a capacity of 40-60 pallets/hour, making it a widely used storage method. Depending on the operational requirements, stacker cranes can be designed as straight-line, turning, or branch-type cranes, and can also be equipped with single-extension or double-extension forks, achieving a dual improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

They can also be integrated with various conveying equipment and logistics systems to adapt to diverse warehousing operation scenarios.
